These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
To enroll in the CTDS program, you must be a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. You must provide proof of your license upon enrollment.
Program fees are non-refundable after 14 days from enrollment. Installment plans are available with no interest. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of TraderWellnessHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside the program.
To receive CTDS certification, you must complete all program phases, pass the knowledge assessment, and submit a case study. Certification is valid for one year and requires annual renewal.
CTDS specialists agree to maintain ethical standards, respect client confidentiality, and not provide financial advice to clients. Violations may result in loss of certification.
TraderWellnessHub and its specialists provide mental health support only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading guidance. Traders are solely responsible for their financial decisions.
All information shared with a CTDS specialist is confidential and protected under professional confidentiality laws, except where disclosure is required by law.
TraderWellnessHub is not responsible for any trading losses, financial outcomes, or decisions made by traders. The services provided are for mental health support only.
